Burgers with Sweet Potato Hashbrowns
1/2 tsp, groundThyme dried
1/4 fruit (2" dia)Limes raw
1/8 cup, chopped(13 g) Green onion

1/2 tspPepper red or cayenne spice
7.5 oz(213 g) Turkey ground 99% lean 1% fat raw
1/2 tbspRosemary dried
11/2 tbspAlmond flour
8 spear, medium Asparagus
1 tspCoconut oil
1 potato Sweet potato
Directions
1Preheat oven to 425 F, trim or snap off the bottoms of the asparagus. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss with salt and pepper. Roast for 9 to 12 minutes. Squeeze lime juice over top.
2To make the patties, combine the turkey beef, thyme, rosemary, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
3Next, form into 1-2 inch rounds, and cook in a pan over medium heat with the lid on until brown. Make sure to flip the patties in the middle of the process.
4Peel the sweet potato. Grate 3/4 of it, then microwave the remaining sweet potato in a bowl with a tablespoon of water for 3 to 5 minutes or until soft. Next, mash it with a fork.
5Transfer grated and mashed sweet potatoes into a bowl, stir in the almond flour and mix.
6In a pan, pour coconut oil and heat over medium until the pan is hot. Next, drop in sweet potato cake, flatten them with a spatula, and cook each side until golden brown.
7Serve the asparagus, place the burgers on top, and serve the sweet potato hash browns as a side.
