Jonathan works with adults in their 40s and 50s who’ve lost the connection with their body somewhere along the way — through injury, surgery, years of training that stopped working, or life that got in the way of staying active. — and who need more than a standard training programme to move forward. After a career in elite decathlon and 15 years working with medically and physically complex clients, he rebuilds people — experienced adults who’ve lost trust in their body and need someone who’ll understand the full picture before they start pushing.
