Advisory
Individual coaching. Wherever you train.
You don’t need to train with me in person to benefit from a considered, adaptable approach to strength, fitness and performance.
Advisory is my remote coaching service for people who want structured training, professional guidance and the flexibility to train independently.
We start by understanding your current capacity, training history and goals.
From there, I build your programme, review how you’re responding and adjust your training as your strength, fitness and circumstances change.
You do the training. I provide the structure, oversight and decisions that keep it moving in the right direction.
Training Built Around You
Your training starts with an understanding of your goals, physical capacity, experience and circumstances.
I develop an individual programme that gives you structure and direction, without expecting every week to look the same.
Ongoing Professional Oversight
Your training doesn’t operate on autopilot.
I review your progress, recovery and response to training, making adjustments to exercise selection, workload and progression when needed.
The programme develops as you do.
Greater Confidence and Independence
Good coaching should improve your ability to manage yourself.
You’ll learn to recognise when to progress, when to maintain your workload and when to adapt.
The aim is lasting physical capability, with less uncertainty about your training decisions.
What’s Included
Advisory provides individual training guidance and ongoing professional oversight without the need for regular in-person sessions.
You manage your training independently, while I provide the structure, review and adjustments needed to keep it productive as your capacity and circumstances change.
-
We begin by understanding your training history, current ability, goals, previous setbacks and recovery demands.
This establishes a practical starting point and identifies what needs attention before we build your training approach.
-
I develop a programme around your goals, available equipment, experience and current physical capacity.
You have clear exercises, workloads and progression guidance, with flexibility for changes in your schedule and recovery.
-
I review your training records, progress and response to exercise.
Where necessary, I adjust exercise selection, training volume, intensity and progression so the programme continues to reflect what you can manage.
-
Not every week will go to plan.
I help you understand when to progress, maintain, reduce or change your training based on your response and circumstances.
The aim is to develop your confidence and judgement, rather than make you dependent on constant instruction.

We’ll establish the appropriate assessment process during our initial conversation.
-
You’ll record your sessions and relevant feedback through the coaching app.
I’ll review your training performance, consistency and recovery responses, making adjustments where necessary.
We’ll also use appropriate progress measures to see whether your training is producing the intended results.
-
Potentially, yes.
Your training can be adapted around your current capabilities, previous setbacks and relevant guidance from healthcare professionals.
However, Advisory isn’t a substitute for medical assessment, treatment or rehabilitation. Where clinical input is needed, I’ll recommend involving an appropriate professional.
Train Independently. With the Right Support.
You don’t need someone beside you for every session to benefit from individual coaching.
If you’re comfortable training independently but want greater clarity about your programme, progression and recovery, Advisory may be the right approach.
We’ll start with a conversation about your goals, current training and whether this level of support is appropriate for you.
